Angie Chapman is an award winning Interior Design Consultant with a “high level of technical skill, professional standards and real artistic credibility”.


ABOUT
In 1997, Angie took a step forward in her design and decorating career and started her own business, Interiors Just For You, located in Peterborough, Ontario. Angie’s expertise lies in taking a dull room and bringing it back to life. Her passion for design and decorating is apparent when she works with her clients to create a space that is as unique as they are.
In 2004, Angie expanded her business to include preparing homes for sale (Home Staging), and acts as a consultant to real estate agents and home owners in the Peterborough and Kawartha area.

She earned her Interior Design and Decorating Diploma and Home Staging Diploma from the Sheffield School of Interior Design. Angie is also a graduate of the Business Administration program at Sir Sandford Fleming College and was a designer for the 2005-2006 Festival of Trees Tour of Homes. She is a member of the Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and the International Design and Decorating Professionals (IDDP), and is an accredited member of International Staging and Redesign Professional (ISRP). In 2006, Angie also became an instructor/tutor for Home Staging, Redesign, Interior Design and Decorating and in 2015, Professional Organization with the QC Design School, Colour Consulting and Aging in Place. Angie was also a regular guest Designer for ‘A Design Moment’ seen on CHEX TV (2007-2008).

Angie now has an independent art practice, through which she employs her extensive professional design and colour knowledge, while developing and exploring new media techniques through abstract and expressionism.
